Each apparel is the first production of Princess Handle With Care, it will not be sold used products, defective or of lower quality than the corresponding market standards. Before sending the products every clothing is previously checked.
Princess Handle With Care © wants to ensure a total customer satisfaction. If for some reason the customer was not fully satisfied with the order, the product can be returned and the amount of the product will be refunded or you can ask for a coupon for the same amount.
The customer can change or return any item within 14 working days from the date of delivery only if the return conditions are met; the right of withdrawal may be exercised only by the customer and not by the receiver of a gift.
For product(s) purchased with a coupon will be issued other coupon; no coupon will be refunded with money.

Each outfit is checked prior the shipping. Princess Handle With Care © who is the guarantor of the quality of the MADE IN ITALY products. For this reason if there are any flaws in the product, since many of them being hand-made, the Princess Handle With Care© is responsible for repairing, replacing or refunding within 14 days of delivery.
The returned product(s) must be suitably packed and protected. Pursuant to art. 67, paragraph II, the Consumer’s Code, is an essential condition for the right of withdraw the integrity of the returned product. The products, therefore, must not have been damaged, worn, washed, altered or used and returned with their security seal and sent all of them, in case of various items, in one shipment within 14 days from receipt the product(s). After this time no returns will be taken in consideration. If the products are not in accordance with the conditions above, Princess Handle With Care © will not accept the returned product and will confirm by email to the user that the product cannot be accepted and the amount paid by the customer cannot be refunded.

The refund amount will be equal to that of the item you purchased and will be notified by e-mail and then credited to the form or the payment solution used to purchase or indicated on the form by the customer. the amount will be returned to the original account in the times of the payment circuits.

Princess Handle With Care is committed to support the costs of shipment of the products to the custumers FOR THE FRIST CHANGE OF SIZE .; if the size is out of stock the user can request the refund of the amount spent for the product(s) or a coupon to use within 6 months from its emission. To request a change size specify the item code number, which size you purchased and what size you want to be recive.

Shipping costs vary according to the country of destination:
Delivery is made by SDA in Italy (“express" service) courier within approximately 2/3 working days from when the package is delivered to the carrier. In Europe by GLS approximately 3/5 working days from when the package is delivered to the carrier.
